How Do I Place An Order?

You can either:

1. Visit my Etsy shop berrywinterdesign and see what is currently available there and place your order.

2. Contact me and tell me what you are looking for and I will tell either what I have available or if I can create something special just for you.

Payment and Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Etsy takes all major credit cards and Paypal so payment is easy. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Returns & Refunds

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations or returns on customised items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
